For years, I thought pain was just something I would have to live with.

After breaking my leg in my twenties, I continued to struggle with pain in my leg and lower back. Like many people, I was told medication was the answer. When I later asked about having the rod removed from my leg, I was told surgery wasn't recommended and was offered pain medication instead.

At the same time, I was suffering from frequent migraines and searching for answers.

What I discovered changed the course of my life.

Through chiropractic care, my migraines improved, but something even more surprising happened: the chronic leg and back pain I had been living with for years began to improve as well. Problems I had accepted as "normal" were no longer controlling my life.

That experience sparked a deeper question:

What if the body is capable of far more healing than most people realize?

That question ultimately led me to leave a successful career and pursue chiropractic.

Today, after more than a decade in practice, I still believe the body has an incredible ability to heal and adapt when given the right support.

At Aligned with Dr. Kim, my focus isn't simply helping people feel better for a day or two. My goal is to help the body function better so people can experience greater health, energy, resilience, and quality of life.

I utilize the Zone Technique, a powerful chiropractic approach that helps restore balance throughout the body by addressing six major systems: glandular, elimination, nervous, digestive, muscular, and circulatory.

Every day, I have the privilege of helping people who are dealing with headaches, neck pain, back pain, stress, tension, fatigue, and other health challenges discover that there may be a different path forward.
